Roller blinds are produced in many different fabrics, but the most popular for conservatory blinds feature solar reflective aluminium backing. The idea is that the sunlight literally bounces back of the blinds, giving really effective control over temperature and glare.

Venetion blinds are horizontal slatted blinds that raise and lower as well as tilt to control the light.

Roman blinds and roll up blinds basically refers to the method of operation for French Pinoleum blinds. Most conservatory blinds will be in a Roman Blind fashion that raises and lowers by means of folding. Roller up blinds on the other hand do precisely that.

Rebated blinds describes the way which pleated blinds are fitted, usually in a conservatory, they can be tailor made to fit into each individual window frame.
